Associate Prof. Dr. Changming Chen’s research fields are focused on multi-functional integrated optical waveguide circuits including of electro-optic modulators/switches, AWGs-based ROADMs/interleavers, compact delay line arrays, Bragg waveguide gratings, micro-ring resonators, amplifiers and biosensors, etc. He is also focus on nanophotonic integrated chips, such as nanolaser with ultra-small size and ultra-low threshold and its photonic integration platform, etc. He has published more than 60 SCI retrieval papers in high-level academic journals, and as responsible or first author, published more than 30 SCI papers in international professional journals, some research works have been highlighted as front covers of IEEE JQE. He made more than 20 plenary or invited reports at important domestic and international academic conferences. As the project leader, he successively presided sub-project of National Key R&D Program of China (2019YFB2203001), National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 61107019), Science and Technology Development Plan of Jilin Province (No. 20130522151JH), Jilin Province Department of Education Science and Technology Project (No. JJKH20180157KJ), etc.
