一、简历
韩冬冬,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。本科毕业于吉林大学电子科学与技术专业,博士毕业于吉林大学微电子学与固体电子学专业。发表SCI检索论文50余篇,以第一/通讯作者在Advanced Materials(4篇)、Advanced Functional Materials(3篇)等重要期刊共计发表SCI论文27篇(影响因子10以上的论文10篇,论文作为Advanced Materials杂志封面发表3篇),被Nature Electronics、Nature Materials、Nature Reviews Materials、Chemical Reviews等SCI论文引用2000余次。被Nature杂志、美国机械工程师学会等Highlight报道10余次。获吉林大学首届“吉林大学(力旺)精英学生奖”、王大珩高校学生光学奖、全国光学工程学科优秀博士学位论文提名奖。Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials等杂志特邀审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金面上/青年科学基金、装备预研教育部联合基金青年人才基金、军科委“引领”基金、吉林省优秀青年基金等省部级项目。
二、研究方向
柔性碳基芯片。主要包括柔性碳基芯片典型器件(传感器、执行器、储能器件等)的器件设计、制备、系统集成与应用。研究方向在智能微系统、软体机器人、6G通信等领域具有广泛应用价值。
