一、简历
刘春雨,吉林大学电子科学与工程学院副教授,硕士生导师。2016年和2019年在吉林大学电子科学与工程学院分别获得硕士和博士学位。毕业后获得“国家博士后创新人才计划”资助,2019-2021年在吉林大学材料科学与工程学院从事博士后研究。2021年6月入选学校“金种子”优秀人才培养计划并留校工作。主要从事半导体光电器件相关研究工作,目前在Energy & Environmental Science、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS Energy Letters等期刊发表SCI论文90余篇。获得中国电子学会优秀博士论文和吉林省优秀博士学位论文等奖项。
