陆敏

一、简历

陆敏,女,1992年生,副教授,博士生导师。2011-2020年,吉林大学电子科学与工程学院本硕博连读,2020年6月获得博士学位,期间获得宝钢优秀学生奖、十佳研究生、优秀毕业生等荣誉称号,2021年就职于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院。主要从事硒化镉、硒化铅、铜铟硫、钙钛矿等量子点材料光电特性研究和面向显示应用的LED器件研究。在Advanced Materials,Advanced Functional Materials,Nano Letters,ACS Energy Letters等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,ESI高被引论文6篇,SCI他引1800余次。
