陆敏

一、简历

陆敏,教授/博士生导师,国家级青年人才。2011-2020年,吉林大学电子科学与工程学院本硕博连读,期间获得宝钢优秀学生奖、研究生国家奖学金、吉林省优秀博士论文、十佳研究生等荣誉称号2021年就职于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院2023年获得培英工程计划资助,在新加坡国立大学化学系进行为期两年的访问交流。

二、研究方向与成果

主要从事胶体半导体量子点发光材料与电致发光器件、稀土发光材料与光放大器件,以及电泵浦激光器的研究。在Adv. Mater., Light Sci. Appl., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nano Lett.等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,ESI高被引论文10篇,SCI他引6200余次H因子41
