一、简 历
周东磊,教授,博士生导师,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。主要从事稀土发光材料、光电子材料与器件研究。在Light Sci. Appl., Nano Lett.,Adv. Mater.等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文110余篇,论文SCI他引超过5500次,ESI高被引论文4篇,单篇最高引用716次。在 Taylor & Francis出版社出版的《Phosphor handbook 3rd Edition》撰写题为“Phosphors for solar cells”英文专著一章。申请中国发明专利11项。
研究简介:
稀土是我国重要的战略资源,在未来新型光电器件和光子芯片领域具有重要应用价值。围绕稀土吸收和发光过程中的关键科学问题,突破稀土4f跃迁宇称禁戒引起的瓶颈问题,从高效发光体系设计、光电性能调控和发光器件三个方面,开展了如下工作:
1、开发了新型稀土量子剪裁发光体系,内量子效率173%,吸收截面提升了4-5个数量级,开发了面向晶硅光伏的高效量子剪裁转光膜。被《Science》专题报道并评价为“This is one of the most exciting results I've seen in a long time”,被国际同行评价为“addresses a long-standing challenge”,“providing a compelling proof of concept”,“demonstrates the values and potential commercialization”。
2、基于新型物理机制和新原理,采用等离子体激元放大、物理高压等调控策略,发现了双光子吸收增强稀土上转换荧光的新原理,提出了高压下晶格对称性破缺有效调控稀土电偶极跃迁的新机制。
3、针对新型近红外电致光源的稀缺性和紧迫性,研制了基于量子剪裁发光机制的1.0微米和1.54微米LED器件,设计了稀土发光与光子芯片复合结构。
