陶敏
一、个人简介
陶敏,男,1988年生,讲师。2022年毕业于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院,获得电路与系统博士学位,同年通过吉林大学“金种子”人才计划留校任教。长期从事固态激光雷达外围电路设计和系统集成等领域的研发。精通数字电路和模拟电路设计,擅长嵌入式系统和FPGA系统开发,先后参与了科技部重点研发计划项目、国家自然基金委重大项目、重点项目、吉林省重大科技专项等多个激光雷达研发项目。以第一/通信作者发表SCI论文10余篇,其中在IEEE TIM杂志发表多篇激光雷达相关的论文。
二、研究方向
[1] 固态激光雷达驱动与控制电路的研究,包括光学相控阵芯片的高速控制技术、探测器阵列读出电路设计、激光测距技术;
[2] 嵌入式系统开发和FPGA系统设计;
[3] 机器人、无人车、无人机系统开发,仪器仪表研制。
